How the points work
Every euro staked on a qualifying game earns one VIP point. Points convert to cash at a published rate inside the loyalty dashboard. Tier benefits stack rather than reset, so a player who reaches the upper tiers carries those benefits as long as the account stays active inside the rolling thirty-day window.
Bronze and Silver, the entry tiers
Open to any player who has staked at least €500 over the previous thirty days. Bronze grants weekly tournament access and a personal account manager queue. Silver adds a 5% cashback boost on top of the standard Monday rate and unlocks the priority withdrawal queue.
Gold, the mid-stake tier
Reaches a player who stakes at least €5,000 in qualifying play over a rolling thirty-day window. Adds a 10% cashback boost, removes withdrawal fees on bank transfer, bumps the personal manager to a named contact rather than a queue, and unlocks birthday and account-anniversary bonuses.
Platinum, the upper tier
By invitation only at the platform's discretion. Benefits include access to private live dealer tables, custom bonus offers, a 15% cashback boost, ticketed events at major industry stops and an annual reinvestment package. Withdrawal limits are reviewed individually rather than applied as a hard cap.
